Maps, workflows, plugins, templates and educational materials are intended to support decision-making, not to make final decisions for you.

scrape, overload or disrupt our systems

Some RegenGIS products or services are paid.
When you buy a paid product or subscription, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
For subscriptions:
billing may renew automatically
you can cancel through your account or by contacting us
cancellation stops future renewals
access may continue until the end of the paid period
Refund terms may differ per product and will be shown where relevant.

We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability.

We only collect and use data where needed to provide, improve and protect RegenGIS.
RegenGIS owns or licenses the intellectual property in its platform, content, templates, branding and materials.
You keep ownership of your own uploaded content.
By uploading content, you give us permission to use it only as needed to provide the service.

the service will always be available
all errors will be corrected
all outputs will meet your expectations
every dataset or analysis will be suitable for your situation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RegenGIS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption or decisions made based on your use of RegenGIS.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the three months before the claim.
If your misuse of RegenGIS causes claims, damages or costs for us, you agree to take responsibility for those consequences.
